Monday 7th March is the date to be noted in your diary… I thought I would give you a heads-up on some fabulous new collections to indulge in, or gift.
On air at 6pm, Molton Brown have really put together an incredible show with some fabulous collections from their range. You know what I am like when it comes to an over-indulgent collection that includes a beautiful fragranced candle. I have to admit I am bit of a candle snob and am very fussy about what candies I choose to buy and burn. So I tried out a few new Molton Brown collections coming to QVC on March 7th.
Black Peppercorn Body Wash was designed for the guys – is fragranced with the freshness of lemon, a bite of ginger with basil, coriander and vetyver – and has become iconic for Molton brown but us cheeky girls were pinching it too (makes a change huh?), so they launched the Pink Pepperpod range including a Body Wash which is a feminine version and simply irresistible. I love it either in the bath or shower and then layering with the silky-soft, easily-absorbed Pink Pepper Body Lotion.
A real treat in this collection is the Caressing Body Polish. I use it either before I get in the bath or in the shower. Not only does it gave the beautiful fragrance of Pink Pepperpod – spicy but softened with nutmeg, a bite of ginger and fragranced to perfection with cedarwood and fruity tangerine – but your skin is refined, polished, super soft and your Body Lotion just glides onto your skin. The Molton Brown Pink Pepper Trio collection is one to look out for…
The men’s Black Pepper Body Collection, gives you an opportunity to try Bushukan Body Wash which my husband adores – it blends expensive ingredients such as cedarwood and bergamot and makes a nice change from Black Peppercorn, which he loves. Also included is Silver Birch, and Suma Ginseng Body Washes.
One thing I can assure you is your man will smell simply gorgeous and be totally irresistible.
On my recent night off, it was so cold and icy outside and I had, had a very busy day. I really needed half an hour chill time. I love when I can get the chance to relax in a warm bath loaded with bubbles, and a candle lit to create a spa atmosphere; the fragrance for Molton Brown just lingers with warmth and indulgence.
This night was the perfect night to try out the three-piece Ylang Ylang Shower Home Collection including, Body Wash, Body Lotion and candle. It’s so indulgent and along with ylang ylang it combines jasmine , rose, vanilla, cedar wood and musk and many more to take you to a world of relaxation and forget-me-not.
The fragrance was delightful, full of indulgence and relaxing aromas. The candle burnt beautifully and never lost its fragrance – that’s a perfect candle. Plus the bubbles were so inviting and after dragging myself from the bath my skin enjoyed the Body Lotion and the fragrance lingered all night long in my home and even my skin smelt gorgeous and was still super hydrated the next morning…
Next week I think I will have to indulge in this collection too Molton Brown’s three-piece Gingerlily Shower Home Collection, including the same trio of treats, Body Wash, Body Lotion and candle. Ginger lily is a favourite and is blended with prized sourced cedarwood, sandalwood, musk ginger, clove and lily to name just a few.
If you are looking for the Perfect gift… Mother’s Day maybe? Or you know someone who needs a real treat or just a little “me” time, I can tell you they would love one of these collections…
One final purchase I can also recommend is the Rockrose & Pine three-piece Hand Collection. I decided to try something different from my usual handwash and during my last Molton Brown shows I kept going back to this one.
This is a gift you can’t get wrong, mind you once you receive it, it’ll be a little tricky to give away.
